To transform veterans, coal miners, women returning to work and the homeless into coders and also, inspire and advance the careers of programmers in less developed regions, bridge-builders1, local gurus2, experts3, individual donors4, corporate sponsors5, seasoned programmers6, resource recyclers7, big bettors8 have been identified as key players based on our robust market research studies spanning about nine years cumulatively.

Based on surveys, expert interviews and focus group discussions, we have a firm grasp of how our vision will be implemented.
